Richnest Animal Nutrition Pvt. Ltd. ("Richnest", "we") makes and sells corn silage bales, silage stretch film and baling services under the Richnest Farm Gold brand. Our registered office is B32-E11/1127, Bahadur Ke Road, Hargobind Nagar, Ludhiana 141005, Punjab, India.

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use richnestfarmgold.com, message us on WhatsApp, call us or buy from us, why we use it, and the choices you have. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Contact details you give us: name, mobile number, email, village or town, district and state.

Farm details you share to get the right feed advice or quote: number and type of animals, current feed, and what you need.

Messages and calls: WhatsApp messages you send to our business number, and notes our team makes after calls.

Orders: quantities, delivery address, invoices and payments.

Public business listings: for gaushalas, dairies and feed shops, we may use the name and phone number they publish on Google Maps to send one introduction message.

Website usage: basic technical data such as pages visited and device type, used to keep the site working and fast.

To answer your enquiries, prepare quotes, take and deliver orders, and send invoices.

To remind you before your silage stock runs out, share feeding tips, and tell you about offers, only on WhatsApp or by call, and never more often than is useful.

To keep our records as required by tax and company law.

We do not sell your personal data.

When you message our WhatsApp business number, the message is delivered through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. An AI assistant (powered by Anthropic's Claude) may reply first to answer common questions and understand your requirement, and then passes the conversation to a member of our sales team. The assistant does not quote prices or make commitments on our behalf.

Reply STOP at any time and we will not send you WhatsApp messages again.

Service providers who process data for us, under contract: Meta (WhatsApp messaging), Anthropic (AI assistant), Google (maps and business listings), Vercel (website and app hosting), and our cloud database providers.

Transport partners, only the details needed to deliver your order.

Government authorities where the law requires it.

Some providers store data outside India; we use them only with safeguards appropriate under Indian law.

Enquiry and lead records: up to 3 years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Customer and order records: as long as the law requires for tax and accounting purposes (generally 8 years).

WhatsApp message logs: up to 2 years.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent to messages. Email us or send 'DELETE MY DATA' to our WhatsApp number. We will act within 30 days, except for records the law requires us to keep.
